Teak
and Holly / Maple and Holly:
Chemclad is producing
Teak/Holly and Maple/Holly Panels in several stripe
configurations. The demand for cabin sole flooring has
increased considerably as many boat builders are finding the
product more cost effective than plank decking. It is
easy to install, the stripes and color match up and maintenance
is greatly reduced.
KYDEX:
KYDEX
sheet is an extremely durable acrylic/PVC alloy extruded in a
range of colors, patterns, textures, thicknesses, and grades
to optimize long-term performance, appearance, and cost
effectiveness across demanding and diverse end-use
applications. KYDEX sheet does not chip, break, or snap,
and is particularly suited to applications such as store
fixtures, exhibits, displays, partitions, and panels which
might otherwise be subject to impact damage.

Machinery:
Chemclad is pleased to announce the purchase
of a Busellato Jet 3006 point-to-point machining center. It is
equipped with a 10 tool changer, 4' x 10' work surface and can
handle panel thicknesses up to 5.9". It will more efficiently
handle 32 millimeter boring, horizontal boring and minor
