Quick-Turn is “QUICK”. In-stock materials, flexible in-house production scheduling, direct-to-user delivery and an advantageous logistics grid enable Chemclad to provide up to a 2-day turn around as needed. This enables a reduction of your inventory level, increasing your cash flow.

Quality hinges on the control of critical processes, knowledge of the raw materials required, understanding customer requirements and the experience provided by the longevity of our employees. Chemclad was instrumental in developing the proprietary adhesive used in our Decorative Laminated Panels. Our adhesive was developed for use in the demanding marine industry and passes a random triple-boil cycle test proving it is one of the most durable and dependable adhesives available in the industry.

Quality continues with Chemclad’s custom cut to size capabilities. Laminated panels with decorative faces such as high pressure Laminate, Metal, or Wood Veneer can be cut to the customers required dimensions providing a durable product in configurations needed for any application. 

History:

Chemclad was established in 1983 by Charles L. Walters and wife Virginia.  Chemclad is privately owned by the 6/10 Corporation.

Vendor Information:

Chemclad maintains excellent relationships with its vendors.  We deal directly with all the major manufacturers in the industry.  Including Formica, Wilsonart, Nevamar, Pionite, Laminart and the major wood/substrate mills.  When a customer requests a new kind of substrate, Chemclad purchases materials directly from the OEM to insure the best price and most efficient service. 

Customers:

Chemclad Corporation has two basic types of customers, marine and OEM.  For the past 14 years Chemclad has been supplying the marine industry, from yachts, sailboats, and powerboats, to cruise ships.  The OEM customers include the entertainment industry, distribution networks, cabinetmakers, millwork fabricators, the furniture industry, casework and bowling alley contractors.

Chemclad has a global presence, with a strong customer base throughout the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean, and is growing.
